A family adventure with challenges
The location was a gem, with all the main sights just a short stroll away. We enjoyed tasty lunches at the hotel that didn't break the bank.
The room left much to be desired. The loud street traffic and absence of a proper bathroom window made sleep elusive. The alternatives offered were worse than our own room.

Good food served, awesome and incredible breakfast. Good bed in twin/double room with a work desk, cable channels and a seating area. Location close enough to old city area of Bangkok and the main tourist attractions like the royal palace.

Free parking on site provided. Cheap room, quiet, with fresh sheets and the bedroom and an iron. Very-very nice employees at the reception desk. Great location, just a pleasant stroll away from a buddhist temple.

The royal has a great location, super close to the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the friendly service from the staff during check-in. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing were nice.

The bathroom enjoyed decent size and decent amenities. The bedding provided a surprising level of warmth and comfort, a rare find in many places nowadays.
Coming in, I spotted a dead roach near the entrance-definitely not the warmest welcome. My Beautiful Double Room overlooked a busy avenue, giving me four sleepless nights thanks to constant traffic noise and subpar sound isolation. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I hesitated to use the makeup chair due to its dirty state. It can be inconvenient, especially with the limited pool hours, closing by 6 PM, not the best for evening relaxation when you've been out all day. On a family trip, they provided only one card key for three beds.
